Some places in this world are very remote and take days to get to by road, or are only accessible by air. MAF has a small fleet of aircraft that can fly essential medicines and supplies, and medical teams into these remote areas, as well as flying out people from these villages requiring urgent medical treatments. They support development projects e.g. agricultural training and water projects. They work amongst villages where civil war and conflict has made the area unsafe, bringing in teams to clear landmines or evacuating villages if needed. In addition to all this, there is an important focus on bringing the gospel to the people they are helping alongside the practical help provided, Bibles in their own language, teaching material, church planting and support of the local churches.
