Righteousness.

Psalm 23 – He guides me in paths of righteousness.

I remember reading a newspaper article about a young man who collapsed at a disco. On examining the man, a medic found him to be wearing fifteen T-shirts, which had caused him to overheat. The young man had put on layers and layers of clothing to achieve look that made him feel better about himself. Ultimately it was this thinking that brought about his suffering, and embarrassment.

SIX DAYS? Why did God create the world in six days? Surely God could have used any time he wanted?

This answer is by Creation Research Director John Mackay. – John is with us in Dodd Road on Thursday 22nd September at 7.30 pm. Come along to hear him speak on the subject Adam – White Black Red of Myth.  Entrance Free

Did you notice the question was not “what are the days?”, but why only 6 of them and not 600 or 6,000,000? It’s not a question we have ever had before so thank you to the ‘Asker’ for a real first.

Is there life in outer space? Would it matter theologically if they found some?

YES

This answer by John Mackay and Diane Eager.

We have now travelled though the solar system and seen no life except on earth. We have listened for messages for deep space and heard nothing. According to evolutionists anywhere water exists life might exist, but since water and chemicals do not make life, the bottom line is life will exist only where God created it! But where is that and how do we know?

Loving God, Loving Myself and Loving Others

Loving God, loving myself and loving others.

Luke 10: 25-37

In this paper we are going to look at how people accept, or do not accept themselves, and the images we can all project.  Before doing so, we look at the context to our reading, and make a comment on God’s command to love Him. As we go through the paper we will also see what love really is.

The Context.

Before our reading about the lawyer (Luke 10:1-18).
